5. Fees & Payments

Business Verification Fee: A non-refundable fee of Tk. 5,000 will be charged for business verification.
Business Listing Fee: A non-refundable fee of Tk. 10,000 will be charged for listing a business on the platform.
Transaction Fees: A 5% fee will be applied to successful investments, deducted from the investment amount at the time of the transaction.
Premium Services Fee: Premium fees may be applicable based on promotional offers or additional business services. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Payments for services rendered are non-refundable, except where explicitly mentioned.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Fraudulent Schemes: Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive investment practices.
False Information: Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading business or investment details.
Illegal Financial Activities: Using the platform for money laundering, illegal fundraising, or other unlawful financial activities.
Intellectual Property Violations: Infringing on the intellectual property rights of VentureCapital.com.bd or other platform users.
